Question Performance for a Stock

Hi, Im a very excited new owner of a 98' Maxima SE, and Im looking for some input on possible future performance mods and one specific body kit.
-Is it possible to bore out the cylinders and make a more liter engine, and if so where would I find new pistons?
-Is dual exhaust possible, and if so would I need knew headers, and where would i find a back end bumper which is made for dual?
-I know mustangs have what they call stage 3 heads, which produce more hp, is it possible to do more to heads then just to port and polish them?
-I have seen new pulleys for hondas which create as much as 30 additional hp, why is it that the pulleys for maxima's seem to add only 3-5 hp?
-is there ever going to be an ECU for 98s?
-What is the sweet ass stillen aero kit on the 2000 maxima of the year?, like what is the model number?

Basically im looking to build a Maxima which can hang with v8 mustangs, so im lookin to try and find 400- 500 hp?(as much as possible with out nitious) sounds extreme? thats what I like!

Yes, .020 is the max you can safely bore over on the VQ, but you will have to find custom pistons, I think Arias has made a few sets for people

A dual exhaust is possible and has been done. There is only one company, located in New Zeland, that makes headers for the Maxima, and the gains were virtually Zero (0) over the Y-pipe alone, so you could either do a dual catback exhaust, or find a shop to custom make you a full header to muffler exhuast. Their currently is no bumper to fit dual exhuast, it would also have to be custom work

The mustang heads have a lot of extra material, flashing, etc. in them, where as the maxima comes with a pretty well flowing head stock. You can get them ported and polished, but the most gains you will probably see is 10-15hp Max.

The stock pulley on the Max is not as power robbing as the honduh, every car responds differently

ECU is supposedly being worked on right now. Aero kit, I have no idea

Sound ambitious? Yes. Impossible? No. Anything can be done with enough money. An additional 4-500hp on top of stock? I don't think so! You can hang with mustangs now, Ive beat my friends GT when I was pretty much stock. To add that kinda power though, you are gonna have to go with forced induction, and build your engine some. Supercharger or a custom Turbo is the only way, other than NOS, to get that kinda power. BTW, the fastest Maxima's right now are all using NOS. Good luck.
