music from truck to jump drive

I am trying to get music that is saved on my 2009 king ranch f150 from the trucke hard drive to a jump drive. Anyone have any info? Is it even possible. Thanks

I did some searching and found nothing on how to get the music files back out again. Just how to delete them. But try one of the forums, like http://www.f150forum.com/f5/
Someone there might have an answer.
