Chrysler 300C Touring 1/25

Real car:

kits I'll use to make my model.

I thought they were based on the same kits but they are very diferents, there are even small differences in size, that will make the operation a little harder.

The initial plan was to implement the nose of 300C in the Magnum, but seeing that the interior is not the same and I a most correct body for the AMT kit, I finally decided to implement the rear of the Magnum to the 300C.

Parts of the AMT/ERTL Kit

I have no pictures of the Revell USA kit, but you can see the sprues here.

Cutting parts of the Magnum to the width of the 300C kit.

Then, closing the gap

Anyway, I need two kits. no two kits and a transkit. It's easier, yes, maybe, too easy :-P

Re: Chrysler 300C Touring 1/25

Primer showed only some minor faults, especially on the tailgate and on the rear bumper.

Some putty and sandpaper and it will be ready to receive the first layer of color.
