He has an odd roll in the show, he shows up from time to time, and has been in the majority of a few episodes, and others he's not mentioned at all. I think maybe the series got called out for not having any nigga generals in it, so they inserted one randomly, using their nigga general generator.

I got this guy on the way to me.... hand crafted in a Cambodian sweat shop. Should get here today



Im also buying something else for myself..... a much more consumable gift
