Hey I need some help from the best! *Suggestions!!*

I bought a 2001 Toyota Celica a while ago, and it is such a beautiful car. PLUS only 42,000 miles on the clock. However I would want some suggestions as to what to do for her. Let me know and leave me some links! Thanks guys!
