Rear lip with exhaust?

Hi. I have a 5zigen fireball exhaust. Will a rear lip, specifically a type r lip fit with the muffler. As it is now, the muffler is touching the bottom of the rear bumper. How much more space does the lip add where the muffler touches it?

Eh, it would probably be a problem. I have a friend that just got a new rear bumper and his exhaust rubs so he had to take a knife and cut some of it out so it wouldn't rub anymore.
