Help

I need help, I was rear ended by drunk driver, my front struts are clunking and the ck engine light came on for a cam sensor switch.. His insurance is saying they will not fix because its normal wear and tear.....I need proof to support claim...any help would be appreciated...I am fighting this one tooth and nail!!!

Even not seeing the damage, doubt a rear end accident would cause a cam sensor problem or front strut problem....was the rear of the car fixed?

What year and model and how many miles?

2008, 80000, rear has been fixed and car is sitting at shop because I cant drive it...sway bar also cracked....I was stopped at stop light with foot on brake.

Agreed with Tech11, unless the repairshop can provide definitive evidence linking the collision to these issue, they will not cover this, what is the cel code.
