Mazda 323 s v Windshield

Hello everybody!

Just bought a second hand car not to long ago,

Its like the title says a mazda 323 S v, (1994)
No issues with it realy, Bysides 1 thing.

The heat control, It makes quiet some noise, i aint sure if its normal,
But thats the least of the problem, I get no/very low pressure air from my windshield vents, When it starts to fogg, well its quiet dangerous,

Was hoping someone knew what this problem could be,

The car was stored in a garage, almost no rust underneath so far i've seen on the lift,

All the other vents seem to blow like they should, a bit low pressure than a other car i drive sometimes but its okay,
The car also gets heated up, But it simple doesnt unfogg the frontshield,

Hopefuly someone can help me with this it would be a huge help!
