97 F150 RABS Diagnostic Connector Location?

Hello,
I have been reading and searching for the location of my RABS sensor so I can read the code because my ABS lite is on. My Ford manual seems to be wrong and every other site I have been to does not match my truck. In the pic the upper left is from my manual (CD) Ford Tech Pub and supposedly shows the connector. The upper right is a pic looking up from the floor on the pass side footwell. The lower left is the location given in many sources for the mysterious connector.
Has anyone ever seen one and is the one circled in the upper right the actual RABS Diag Conn?
It is a connector of one contact and coincidentally one side is a black with orange strip wire. The manual says to ground the RABS Diag Conn. BK/O wire which I take to mean black with orange stripe.
Any and all comments are appreciated.
Thanks

I may need help getting my attachment picture to show up. It seems to be missing when I check the post.
