Opel vectra 1.6 8v 1999, vibrating

Hello, I have big problem with my opel, after 2days i have to drive 2000km, but car is vibrating/shaking in all speeds but most can feel 100-130 faster not tryed. I balanced tyres change spark plugs check all suspension and evrything looks fine. Can sombody have been same problem or have any idea??
