I had seen all the early episodes many times, but it was nice to see some of them again. Some time around 2000-2002 is when I stopped watching it on network tv. So the episodes after that many of them I had not seen, and it seems like the quality was not as good. However from this marathon I'm seeing that somewhere around 2008-2010 its actually turned back into a pretty quality flick. Sure it doesn't have the Seth McFarland gimmick (talking pet/alien) but it has that classic Simpsons feel. Now that I mention it... Santas Little Helper has not made an appearance in a looooooooong time on this show.

Ive probably seen every episode of the first 6 seasons and like 10% of episodes after that. I think it was around the time Conan O'Brien stopped writing for the show (cause he got his own show) that it started to slip and then became kinda boring.

But gotDAM youre right about Santa's Lttle Helper (aka Santos L Halper). Maybe they had to write him out of the show because it was costing to much for the guy that did his voice
