2004 Sequoia

Hello,
Just looking for some advise on brakes. My neighbor has a Sequoia and is having issues with the brakes, he is saying the brake pedal will periodically drop. Most times I know this is the master but I was just wonder if it could be anything else since the calipers are pretty complex. Thanks for any help.

BTW he has about 150,000 miles on it.

Just found out he took it to the dealer and it was the master cylinder.
