Probable like 1.5g from what I hear. So like 1.50g for $50, of good stuff at least (I'm sure I'm exaggerating quite a bit). I have friends of friends who claim to go up there with a bunch and make thousands by selling it overpriced, to people who then sell it overpriced. Even more so with drugs. Shit is crazy. But I guess it is realistic. It's the most populated City in the U.S. (by almost triple), so I'm assuming there is a limited supply.

Yeah. I've been there twice before, a few years ago. Once when my friend dropped off his wife at the airport there (we went to the fish market there about 1 am before we left, and it was FUCKING AMAZING!!!), and once to help his family move (got roped into that shit; supposed to be home around 9PM & got home at 6AM). So I didn't really get that much of the "experience" (no time square or anything), but that place is a fucking dump. Smelled like sewer, and just a bunch of ratty ass people around. I could have driven to the worst part of Syracuse, 15-20 minutes away, and experienced the same...without the fucking smell.

Not to mention the traffic. Getting on the highways in Saturday after noon traffic was a joke. You're completely surrounded by cars facing in all different directions, all trying to merge over to get to different exits. Buy like 50 Matchbox cars, face one completely forward, and the rest in forward and sideways angles, and that's what you're driving through. People drive around with tires tied to their rear bumpers, because no one knows how to drive, and just merge when they want, and smack into each other (they call it "jamming"). Seriously, every 10th car or less, had a god damn tire strapped to their rear bumper.

Stupid fucks. Paying an unreal amount of money to live in some shit hole City, just so they can be cocky pricks at a party and tell everyone they are from NYC, like it's something to brag about. Fuck that place. I wish NYC would take Long Island with them, and start a new State called Bro-City (sorry Long Islanders, but NYC separates you from the rest of NY, so you're stuck with them).

Kinda like how everyone imagines Portland to be green and hip and trendy... which it is... but with the overwhelming presence of bums and street people and homeless and street-tards (proper name for the people that got released into the public when all of the state run mental institutions closed down) and retarded taxes (highest in the country) and insanely rapid growing housing cost (in 3 years my apartment has went from 700 to 1200), staggering lack of parking downtown- $16/day parking facilities packed to the brim... street level parking thats a big LOL. What the figgity fuck is that about? I remember when I was new in the game of purchasing my own weed. I had to rely on the honor system of my guys until I was able to eyeball that shit on my own. I didnt know until about five years ago that a quarter is 7..... and Ive been smoking for the better part of the last 20 years

I remember the last time I had a mixup on a purchase of flower power. I wanted a quarter but my usual guy was out of service, so I called a friend to see if he had a connect.

Friend makes a call to his guy and tells him I am looking for a quarter. we drive to the spot to meet the guy and my friend says "gimme the money" so I hand him $100.

He says "what the fuck is this? How much did you want??"

"I want a quarter" I says

"Thats $25" he says

"HUH??? Fuck does he sell [loud]??" (aka high octane or whatever your local codewords are)

"Nah he sells mid" says my friend


It was a VERY disappointing night

I've from two people that lived there for a while that if you wear tennisshoes/gymshoes they instantly tag you as a tourist. Tourist hear "walking city" so they pack their walking shoes. Residence wear nicer shoes, according to folklore.

I've only recently started wearing hats... when mother nature decided to stop covering the top of my head naturally.

LOL Yeah, lower quality, you have to spend just as much or more to get the same effect. We used to call that Blunt Weed because it wasnt good for anything but rolling up a big ol' fatty. People here really don't roll blunts often, our bud is too sticky, by the time you get to the half way point your smoking a resin soaked tampon it feels like.
