Mechanical Flex Fans
I was wondering about the performance of flex fans over clutched fans? Anyone have any experience with that?
I would also like to say that I just got treated butt ugly from procomp aka speedmasters. They messed up their ebay posting and held me responsible for it. Ordered female got male, stupid simple. Stay away! |

just remember the fan diameter must be the exact same as the fan OEM in there.. the clutch fan when hot out engages more its variable. so lets say you have AC its very hot out the flex fan may cause you to loose your cool.... when your at hywy speeds the clutch cools then the fan is not engaged but free wheeling so flex fan you may loose MPG at higher speeds since it is always engaged . |
