2003 CX plus HVAC control module

attached is a picture from my 2003 CX plus. I am looking for a replace HVAC control module but have not found a used one as pictured.

I need 1 of 2 things, either the location of an exact replacement or info on a suitable alternative that would be plug and play.

Any help would be appreciated.
