Plz help

where is the relay box for turn and hazard signals in 98 buick lasabre custom? my hazards ans signals don't work switched fuses but didn't work. no idea where box is ive never owned a buick til now. there isn't one under the hood just the main on drivers side. HELP!!!!

Should be under the l/s of the dash above the steering column.
