2003 Escape radio problem

Hi all. I am having problems with the cd part of my radio. It is a six disc cd changer. I loaded a cd in then it spit it back out and gave me a cd error. Now no CDs will play or eject. All it will do is give me the cd error every time I try to play load or eject any of the CDs. Any ideas? Thanks fro any help!

Try this. Disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for 20 minutes. Before reconnecting, put the key in the ignition and cycle it through each position a couple of times to release any stored electrical current. After powering up again, try ejecting all the cd's. That is the only easy trick to reset it that I know.
