Not a problem, I got enough satisfaction with this kit and it if it is written that someone would clone it (they answered to Chris that they must modify it before the production... modify what??????) it would be OK... I'll survive at least it happens several years after the presentation.

Anyway, seeing that they have skills to do the stuff by themself, looks me stupid, unfair and at least the worst advertising possible to clone it from a small 1man factory firm.

Halo Gio, I'm Thomas from Eightyone. Sorry for any bad feelings. Chris asked me about the issue, and I answered that we will not release a clone version of your works. (Toemi, Greddy ...etc, focus on aftermarket version).
Chris said there have a issue when I use the your kit as the base. I agree with him. Now I WON'T use anyone's kit as the base kit. We, yes. WE will draw the RB26DETT from zero.

At the moment I sold my personal engines also, and I got troubles since the metal caster is those that made me all the mess with the 911 TK: I got dozen parts of some components and no one of each other.... and dozens of PE ready: in a wod a bloody mess.
Only consolation is that no one had paid in advance.

My intention was to re-tool with a better 3D printer (see my stratos topic) the whole engine and cast in resin: the fact than one other operator would do it only add motivation and chili pepper, I would like to see wich one would end better and at wich price: the fact that they have my engine in hand is not so fair but is understandable.

We'll see, I have other thoughts in head for now
