Fram cold air intake for my canyon

I have a 2004 gmc canyon. I bought a fram power boost 2 cold air intake system some years ago. Now I am trying smog the truck and the sticker that proves the system is California legal is gone. Now the sticker is gone I need the code that verifies it is California legal so I can smog the truck. I have called the fram company and they can give me no answers. So does someone know the code, or where I can find it or where I can get a the sticker for it. Plz help. Thnk u
