who can help my car ?

i am a new driver , i earn money by myself and brought my first car-- a red hyundai . I love Red , it is amazing ,lol .....

but there is a common fault: throttle Angle depth is not controlled well it will affect the throttle opening and closing original electronic throttle response is slow, the vehicles will flee before the sudden, time is long engine will carbon deposition. I feel a little upset .

How to solve this problem ? i am not a professional , actually i know little about car .
