Hi guys,
another project I have in mind is the porsche 906 carrera 6 in 1/24 scale. I was thinking at an heavy rework and detail starting from the old tamiya slotbody. Does anyone knows if exist (or existed) something better about this car around? thank u for your help.

Re: Porsche 906 1:24 anyone ?
I don't know if it's better but LS models made a curbside kit of the 906. Body looks pretty decent and had some nice wheels but very basic overall.

If you want an old plastic kit buy the very old Lindberg 1/24th scale kit. It has the best shape, but you will have to replace the wheels and build a cockpit for it as it is a very simple kit.

Looks extremely simple, but the shape is pretty good. |

Re: Porsche 906 1:24 anyone ?
suspect I have to use the tamiya body.Get it and nearly a coca cola can price, and already studying it.
I was also looking around for revell porsche 904 wheels. they look the most similar to me. The body is extremely basic, but seems welldone in shape....we will see what comes..stay tuned.
