2003 Lincoln Ls v6 Please can someone help me !!!!

I have a 2003 Lincoln ls 3.0
Po755 po743 po760 po132 po750 po966 p2196. 2003 Lincoln Ls v6 3.0 engine it doesn't shift until it hits 4000 RPMs. I went to a dealership and they said that it was my engine so I had the engine replace. After the engine was installed my Lincoln Ls still wasn't shifting right so I put a odb machine on it. All the transmission codes came up there was at least 10 to 12 odb codes that was for the transmission .. These codes didn't come up before my engine was replaced. It doesn't shift correctly still . I believe it goes to first gear to fourth gear . It has no power after first gear . I would like to be pointed in the right direction what the possible problems could be . Or what I should check.? I'm very frustrated I took the car back to ford to have it diagnosed again and still lost for answers because the only thing they told me is it could be the wire harness ?? I had them stop because after 2 hours with no answers and 180 bill they still couldn't give me a diagnosis .. Can anyone lead me into right direction on where to start ??? This is driving me nuts !!!!

Two of the codes, P0132 and P2196, are related to the circuit or sensor for the Bank 1 Sensor 1 oxygen sensor. You might start by carefully inspecting the wiring for that sensor. Since swapping the engine in this car is not a trivial task it is quite possible a wire harness was pinched or otherwise damaged in the process. I would expect though that is the dealership suspected that they would have been able to find evidence of it during their 2 hour search. Did the dealership replace the engine? If so I would have a tough time paying $180 to have them diagnose and issue that they said would be fixed with a new engine....

As for the other codes, according to the factory service manual:
P0743 - TCC solenoid circuit failure during on-board diagnostic
Description: TCC solenoid circuit fails to provide voltage drop across solenoid. Possible Cause: Circuit open or shorted or PCM driver failure during on-board diagnostics. Open or short to battery power: harsh shifts or engagements, engine rpm higher than expected. Short to ground: vehicle stall when in drive gear at idle, harsh shifts or engagements, of engine rpm lower than expected. May turn on MIL.

P0755 - SSB solenoid circuit failure
Description: SSB circuit fails to provide voltage drop across solenoid.
Possible Cause: Circuit open or shorted or PCM driver failure during on-board diagnostic. Open or short to battery power: no 1st gear. Short to ground: no 3rd gear. May turn on MIL.

P0760 - SSC solenoid circuit failure
Description: SSC circuit failed to provide voltage drop across solenoid.
Possible Causes: Circuit open or shorted or PCM driver failure during on-board diagnostic. Open or short to battery power: 2nd and 5th gear ratio incorrect. Short to ground: 1st gear ratio incorrect or no gear ratio errors. May turn on MIL.

P0966 / P1789 - PCB solenoid circuit failure, short to ground
Description: Voltage through PCB solenoid is checked. An error will be noted if tolerance is exceeded.
Possible Cause: Short circuit — causes minimum PCB pressure (minimum capacity) and limits engine torque (alternate firm). Zero PCB — no 2nd and 5th gear. May turn on MIL.

Quite honestly, considering all the codes related to the shift solenoids and the behavior you're describing, I'd have the transmission shift solenoid/valve body replaced (known, common issue with this transmission) and install a new battery, drive it and see if you still have issues.
