Vacuum Harness 3.8L SC
2001 Buick Regal GS SC 3.8L 110K
There is a hard plastic vacuum harness that snakes from the read of the supercharger around to the front making many connections. I believe this harness is for the supercharger bypass valve control and also connects to the fuel pressure regulator valve. This harness gets brittle from heat and cracks. I have already replaced one on a 2000 GS I own. For a length of plastic tubing the $50 dealer cost seems quite steep. Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket source for the harness? The harness is not available at typical discount autoparts stores. Fabrication from parts looks questionable considering all the bends and different diameter connectors.
Figured I would ask before dropping $50 on about $5 worth of plastic.
