91 Buick Regal Custom 2 Door Coupe - High Beams Won't Turn Off!!!

Our high beams won't turn off, and when we pull the turn signal lever towards us it won't click like it used to indicating it's going from high beams to low beams. We would like to fix it A.S.A.P considering we are blinding other drivers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

You need thecombo switch for the signals and high beams, disconnect the high beam connectors at the bulbs.

What is the other name for this part? I was also reading it could be the dimmer switch that is attached to the steering column, is that true?
