Blazer/Safari Trans swap?
I have a 2001 Chevy Blazer 4x4 with a junk transmission. I know someone who's not using they're 1996 GMC Safari AWD anymore, and the transmission on that is good. I was told that both have the 4L60E transmission and that they should be interchangeable. Would the 1996 Safari trans work for my 2001 Blazer? Is the bolt pattern the same?
Any help is appreciated!
