Oil Filter Mount Broken (With Pics)

Can any one tell me what the official name for this part is? Oil filter mounting bracket maybe? I noticed the broken ends of the mount during an oil change. Has anyone else seen this type of break before?

You could go, to a scrap yard and obtain the part or a Chevy dealer.
