99 cherokee v6 no high idle w/cold start

hi guys been awhile,sons jeep unless you manually hold throttle when cold
it will stall.once engine is warm all is fine.so what controls the high idle??

Check for leaking vacuum hoses spray WD 40 around the intake manifold. Other problems may be temperature sensor 2 wire or oxygen sensor. Check for a blown fuse for oxygen sensor. You really need to run it with a scan tool to spot some problems like this.
Auto Zone and Advanced will do a computer scan free.
