'03 ZX2 cracked exhaust manifold

Working on fixing a major noise-issue with an '03 ZX2. Pulled the front heat-shield, and there's a huge crack between the 1/2 cylinders (counting from the left). You can feel the air blowing out the manifold, and there's a heat-singe, on the inside of the heat shield, that follows the line of the crack. Looks almost as if the manifold is going to come off in two pieces.

Did some searches, and this doesn't appear to be a common problem. Am I not searching correctly, or is a cracked exhaust manifold a common issue on the ZX2? Thanks!

Try a few scrap yards if none are available its a good sign its a problem.

Not going throgh that effort. Given the Dorman availability and price, I figure this is a common problem.

Waiting on a manul. The radiator fan looks like it's the main problem with getting the manifold off. Can I just remove the fan, or does the radiator have to come out also?

I have never heard of a mani cracking.
