2000 GT 3.8 Electrical

The 2000 we have was having issues with the alarm going off during the night, there was an after market alarm on the car so I disabled that thinking that was the problem but it wasn't.

I then adjusted the sensitivity of the factory alarm and that seemed to help but again it was going off. I then told my wife when she locks the car to just use the power lock button instead of the fob to bypass the alarm, the alarm isn't going off now but I noticed this morning the lights were flashing as if the hazards were on.

I know the DLR lights don't work or are off and all speeds of the blower work so could the above be a sign of a bad ignition switch?

Thanks
