Cam Gear Seetings

Ok i got me sum Blu AEM Gears.... I have stock cams, I was wanting to know what the best advance on them was, for the exhaust and intake....my car has 150,000 miles....so ya, any suggestions

unorthodax racing says that 3 degree(r) on the exhaust and 2(a) on the intake will give you the best stock gain

i have mine 2 and 1 on my b18b1

Depends on what your goals are? advance will give you more low end retard will give you more high end. Not really give you more but will move the power band up or down. Most honda's like +3 or +4 intake and +1 to -1 on the exhaust. This will give you more overlap. Try +4 I +1 E to start. Of course everything has diffrent affects depending on what other mods you have.

I also have a 4 door teg...90 rs with lsvtec, Fidanza light flywheel and Action clutch.

your right it does just slide your tourqe curve around. But you have to look at why people love the b18a/b. For the torque so i would prefer more low end torgue for street racing unless you plan or going to 90 or 100
