1991 Buick Regal 3.8L V6 - Will Not Start, Need Help Please!!!

Sorry it took so long to reply but we got the car fixed last year. It was a 8 pin connector near the camshaft sensor called the Engine Wiring Connector.

You have spark, so you are getting a crank sensor signal....you say you have fuel pressure, did you check with a gauge(around 40psi?)?

Hope all of these things were not changed for the same problem.....

Car almost starts with carb cleaner into the intake? If your fuel pressure is ok, you know you have an injector problem, because your noid light is not flashing....you say you have power to all injectors.....you state this:

"Injector ground circuit tested tested out fine, to the ECM connector."

Since each injector has it's own control circuit, did you check all 6 of them? If all 6 are ok, this is puzzling.....you have replaced the ICM and ECM with new/known good parts? The crank sensor sends a signal to the ICM, the ICM sends a reference signal to the ECM....it also sends a cam signal to the ECM(but you do not need a cam signal to fire the injectors, if the cam signal was bad)....the only thing I can think of since the ICM and ECM were replaced, you either have a bad connection in the ICM or ECM harness connector or you have an open circuit for the reference signal....if there is no reference signal from the ICM to the ECM, there will be no injector pulse....

Have you checked for codes......you can do flash codes on the vehicle by grounding A to B in the ALDL connector and turning key to on(don't crank or try to start car)....it will flash the CE light "12", three times, then it will flash any code present three times, and if there is another code, it will flash three times, when it flashes "12" again, that is the end of the list of codes.....

Possible on injector is low on resistance and is pulling down the other 5, could check for resistance on all 6, should be around 11.0-12.5 ohms.
