2013 Bluetooth Connectivity

Hello, my father recently purchased a 2013 Altima S (w/out navigation). We are able to pair his Pantech 2030 Breeze to the Bluetooth feature on the car. We are able to update the Altima Bluetooth phonebook with the contacts from the Pantech. However, when we attempt to make a call from the Altima, the Bluetooth connectivity voice command does not recognize the name being spoken even though the name is listed in the Altima Bluetooth phone book. The Altima bluetooth does recognize the voice command to dial a phone number, but not the persons spoken name. Can anyone help us resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance,
Todd
