Complete: Tamiya 1/24 Porsche 934 RSR Jagermeister
This is a nice kit, and I built it virtually straight out of the box. The kit includes p/e and shiny metal decals for the mirrors, but the p/e doesn’t include belt buckles, and the small decal sheet is not complete, presumably due to licensing.
The fit of every part is really good, as expected from the Big T, but I messed up masking some of the black parts which were difficult to retouch. I added Studio27 seatbelts, and found some Dunlop decals on a (30-year-old!) Scalextric sheet, and Shell from, I think, an old Protar set. Also, as suggested in the Tamiya Magazine International review, I stuck some black card above the low-detail engine which stops light getting through from above and below. The engine got a wash of black panel line wash which helped lift out the detail. The paint is all Tamiya with TS-12 for the body colour.
