2000 intake manifoid thread lock or sealant?

The information I have read is confusing. Some say to use thread lock on the intake bolts. Some say use thread sealant which is right? Doing the intake manifold repair for my son 250 miles from home need any tips that will help get the job done right.

Its on a 2000 blazer 10600 miles.

I would use what came in the gasket kit.

No locker. No no. Put sealent on any bolts that thread into water jackets. But its kind of a precaution in my book and not really need. The threads seal pretty good. Not sure what motor u got.
