Evap presure leaks near gas tank lines

I failed the smog check due to a 1995 chevy astro cargo van my mecanick detect thiers a air leaks near by the gas tank lines goin to evap? What is the best solution replace the whole gas tank or lines?
At first thought would be only gas cap,fuel regulator,clog fuel injector,fuel pump assembly,spark plugs,rotor distributor cap,wires,etc? And finnally got the smoke commin out of the gas tank very tiny hole....
