Red Bull blue

This is for those in the USA. Take a look at Duplicolor Sonic Blue Pearl, it's available at Pep Boys and Advance Auto. You get allot more and I have not seen the Tamiya stuff yet. Duplicolors paints do not rub through so fast like Tamiya. I think the color looks like a good match.

Re: Red Bull blue

Red Bull blue equals to RAL 5002 (ultramarine blue).

Thanks but I really do not care about codes. I buy what is readily available in a spray can. To have it mixed would cost about three times as much.,

Sorry, but surely not, you're totally wrong on this one !!!
(commercial brands, logo and colors aren't inevitably the same than on race cars... strange but true - 2003/04 citroen blue is a perfect example)
RAL5002 isn't a metallic color like RB one, it's the color used in rally by many teams from Bozian to Renault (DIAC) passing by 2006 Kronos Citroen.

RB perhaps use - according to the link (would deserve verification imho) - RAL5002 in her logo color but surely not on the F1 cars !

BTW I sincerely doubt there is a RAL corresponding color to RB blue...

Re: Red Bull blue

Red Bull F1 colour is a very fine pearl blue colour a little bit dark.
Saw one RB3 or RB4 at Donnington last year.
Looks like the RB6 is still the same colour.

If someone can find the colour code, it will be great.

Re: Red Bull blue

Mind you.....
Take a look at this years car.
It's a colour-change blue/purple!
Looks amazing though.
