Looking to buy a new car (2008 or up, <=$12,000)

Like the title says, I'm looking to trade in or buy a new vehicle. I currently own a 2002 S281 Saleen Mustang (50k mileage) and I could definitely save some money switching to a different vehicle. The conditions it being a non-convertible, 2008 or up, and less than or equal about $12,000 (not sure what I can get for a trade in)



I'm looking for a car that's got decent acceleration, good 0-60 rating. Don't really care too much about the long run HP. I'm also looking to have it seat at least four people (enough room for a baby seat) and enough trunk space to fit a 12" sub. The only car I've been recommended so far and found affordable is the Audi A4 2.0T Quattro.
