Headlamp washers not working

The headlamp washers on our outlander (CU4A) stopped working and even when you press the button on the light stalk, you don't hear any whine characteristic of the motor pushing out the washers to squirt water on the headlamps. looked at the user's manual and there's no mention at all of the fuse for it, and that was the 1st logical thing to check. anyone know which one in either the engine bay or driver's footwell fusebox it is? thanks!
