2003 cts engine noise

i just purchased a 2003 cts 3.2 engine runs good no misfire no engine light is it normal to have a chattering noise all the time in the engine cant hardly here at idle but when accelarating you can here it good thanks for any help

From here there is no way to tell what would be a normal engine sound for this, someone has to listen to this in person.
