95 s10 blazer fuel problems

hello, i am new to this site but have been looking at other threads and there seems to be alot of good information here. Our problem is 95 s10 blazer with 4.3l. about a week ago my mother was driving around town and the blazer just quit. My brother done some searching and found that the fuel pump seem not to be working. He replaced the pump and still no solution, we have been checking other item along with this and found that there is no voltage at the fuel injection nozzle (spider) as i have seen it mentioned. we seem to have adequate fuel pressure but will not start. can put fuel into the plenum and the engine will start and run until the fuel runs out. the ignition module has been checked and replaced. ? are where does the spider get its voltage from, does the ecm supply that voltage, is there a way to test ecm or pcm. any and all advise will be greatly appreciated, and please disregard the handle name i am by no means a super tech just a good ole country boy with a little mechanical ability and trying to fix moms car. thanks in advance.
