2000 sunfire heater problems. need help

Hello,

I need some advise from someone with more knowledge than myself.

I was having issues with blower. Only worked on high settings. I replaced the blower motor resistor.

This fixed the problem and everything worked fine from about a week. But now when i Start the car the blower works fine. After about 5 minutes it starts to lose steam and with 10 minutes the blower is BARELY blowing any air. It gets worse everyday and I think soon it will just stop running.

IS this issue corrected by replacing the blower motor itself? Does it have to do with replacing the resistor? Or is this another issue I need to look at first?
