should i buy a 2006 325xi?

after having my 2 cars flooded i need a replacement asap. id normally like to take my time before buying a car, but unfortunately i dont have time. im on a budget and in a rush, but dont want junk either. i have always been impressed with german engineering and narrowed it down to an audi a4 or bmw 3 series. i found a 2006 325xi with 102,000 miles for $12k plus tax and tags. looks very clean, clean carfax, 1 owner, well maintained and drove like brand new on the test drive. i would like to research more, but i need a car yesterday. any info anyone can give me is greatly appreciated. does the price sound good and will it be reliable with that many miles on it? seems like a great car, just wanted some advice before i pull the trigger. thanks all
