Cool 99 Chevy express cold air problme

Hello my chevy express does not have A/c but only the dial where you can turn from hot to cold and somewhat cold air will come out. Recently no matter what position the dial is in the air comes out extremly hot. Any ideas what the problem may be. I checked all fuse and the wiring in back of dial.

Thanks

Unless I read wrong this van doesn't have A/C as standard equipment? If that is the case you can check the heater control valve.

Located on HAVC pleum.
3 wires to it.
One brown wire 12 volt
Black is ground.
Light blue wire is grounded threw reister in tempt control switch to move motor hot to cold.
Check for 12 volts and ground and for reister ground threw tempt switch.
