97 GrandPrix GT noise

140k.... Car drives fine, problem is when I'm sitting at a light the car is sounding rough. RPM's don't go up it's like something is shaking, if I put car in park noise isn't as bad. Maybe the timing belt or tensioner ???

Could also be motor mount. Check those too.
