Help! 2005 dodge neon cigarette lighter problems.

Ok. So the problem is that my cigarette lighter can power a small usb light and the indicator lights on many 12v appliances will turn on but will not work! Ive tried 6 phone chargers with 3 different phones and a dc/ac converter and with all of them and none of them work! Only the indicator lights turn on. Ive already replaced the fuse on it because this started happening after the fuse blew out. What can i do?
