97 2.2 timing issue cant get Oil Cup Plug Out

hi i posted under my other heading
but i finnally got all the gears off

but i got this plug the kit told me to replace an Oil Cup Plug

i couldnt get it out so i tried to drill it out but broke the drill bit off inside
i put a screw in the hole and used a chisel to under the screw head to pri out but bend the handle of the chisel

tried heating around with it with a torch (blue flame) and then pri it out
with not sucess

whats the cure? why they make something crappy like this

finnally found a way
you use a punch and pick a cornor and hit it with a hammer and it twists so u can pull it out
i tapped a new one it almost all the way flush couldnt do it

damn hard to get chain on and wouldnt go on but with bolt u tighten and it forces it on the lip
now the fun part trying to get rest back and the engine jacked back up
