McLaren M7A 1968, Model Factory Hiro, 1/20th

Hello,

my McLaren M7A, Bruce McLaren, Canada 1968 is finished now.
I will show the car during practice, because I do not like the external tank
which was used on the race. The model is painted with Zero Paints (orange and 2K clear coat)

Here are some photos.

Finished car

Re: McLaren M7A 1968, Model Factory Hiro, 1/20th

I nearly said this was an awesome build, but that would not do justice to it. I had to stare at the first photo to decide if it was the model or a real photo. Only the rear rotors gave it away. I have never had such a hard time deciding if a photo was real car or a model. This is phenomenal!

Yep, I looked at the first two pictures waiting for the pics of the model and then realized that was the model!!!!

Very good work on the car and the photos.

Extremely convincing.

Crazy! Thought they were reference pics, love the diorama! Makes the model look very realistic!

Great looking model of a great looking car. Diorama really sets it off nicely. Excellent work on all counts.

WTF...just the first photo? I'm still not convinced that's not a real car!
