Fog light replacement?

I am trying to replace one of the fog light bulbs in my 1998 Olds 88 LS for the first time. I got under the car and found where the connector is, but there is a protective rubber boot over the bulb itself and I cannot figure out how to remove it in order to change the bulb. I've tried searching online but haven't found a procedure for this anywhere and my owner's manual only tells how to change the headlight and taillight bulbs. Can someone give me some pointers in doing this?

Re: Fog light replacement?

Disconnect the harness and then grab the bulb and rotate it out of the housing? Don't touch the bulb with your fingers.....oil from fingers may cause it to blow.....
