5W20 Oil
I have a 1998 DOHC, MTX machine and am interested in 5W20 weight oil, has anyone used this weight?

Re: 5W20 Oil
I haven't and don't know anyone who has. May I ask why instead of using the 5w30 it calls for.

Re: 5W20 Oil
I am cheap or frugal (you decide) but I have an '07 Hyundai Sonata that uses 5W20 and it would be cheaper for me to buy two 5 quart jugs of 5W20 (6 for Sonata and 4 for Neon) when they are on sale.

Re: 5W20 Oil
I doubt 20w oil will affect the engine. The 30 weight is for hotter areas such as here down in Texas.
