1981 Eldorado Biarritz Electrical Issues

Lots of problelms with clogged fuel filters and the Roosmaster injector pump, honestly I think you are in over your head with a diesel in an 81 car.

Oh I most certainly am in over my head here But I have two friends who are offering to work on this car.(they won't accept any money so I'm keeping them hooked up with Stone beers) So just trying to do whatever research I can in the meantime in order to minimize the work that they have to do.

Ok, here is a picture of what I need identified:

It is on top of the engine, under the air filter. Those two vacuum input/output line connectors have the plastic cracked so I would like to replace it.
